For Women's History Month New Jersey Women and AIDS Network Launches 'I Stand With NJWAN' HIV Action and Awareness Campaign

  • Take the Pledge – Pledging is FREE. The 2010 goal is 5000 pledges. Sign a pledge card, then take action to increase awareness about HIV/AIDS.

  • Attend A Round Table Discussion – Participate in local small group discussions organized by NJWAN and contribute ideas and strategies to help end the silence.

    Established in 1988, New Jersey Women and AIDS Network (NJWAN) is the only statewide female-specific AIDS service organization in New Jersey.  NJWAN provides comprehensive services to women infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS.  Our mission is to provide health/wellness and education programs in an effort to reduce the spread of HIV infection in women; support the self-determination of women living with HIV/AIDS to better access quality care and treatment; educate service providers and the community-at-large; and advocate for appropriate policies ensuring access to health care, treatme
