Foods4BetterHealth Reports on Jennifer Aniston’s Latest Celebrity Diet

As Foods4BetterHealth notes (, Aniston has always been in great shape, especially at age 44. But the actress wanted to look even better, since she has a role as a stripper in her newest film, she followed a strict celebrity diet.

She also said that instead of cheating on her celebrity diet by eating lots of junk food, she would eat kale chips instead. She also made sure to eat plenty of lean chicken to stay in shape.

The Foods4BetterHealth report also notes that in addition to eating healthy, working out was a big staple of Aniston’s celebrity diet. She’s a follower of Mandy Ingber’s “Yogalosophy” program, a combination of yoga and toning exercises. While she usually looks great even when she’s not on a celebrity diet, she wanted to look her best in We’re the Millers—but she didn’t even enjoy losing weight. “I was in the kind of shape I don’t enjoy being in because it feels a little too fit,” the star told USA Today.
