Foods4BetterHealth Reports on Jennifer Aniston’s Latest Celebrity Diet
Date:8/11/2013

Boston, MA (PRWEB) August 11, 2013

Foods4BetterHealth.com, a new food and nutrition web site that believes that eating right can prevent diseases, ward off illnesses, and help you feel healthier and younger than ever, is reporting on Jennifer Aniston’s new celebrity diet, which she was on to prepare herself for her role in her new film We’re the Millers, which opened on August 7.

As Foods4BetterHealth notes (http://www.foods4betterhealth.com/the-secret-diet-that-prepared-jennifer-aniston-for-her-stripper-role-3665), Aniston has always been in great shape, especially at age 44. But the actress wanted to look even better, since she has a role as a stripper in her newest film, she followed a strict celebrity diet.

As the Foods4BetterHealth article “The Secret Diet That Prepared Jennifer Aniston for Her Stripper Role” reports, Aniston announced that she was on a strict high-kale, high-protein diet. She also said that instead of cheating on her celebrity diet by eating lots of junk food, she would eat kale chips instead. She also made sure to eat plenty of lean chicken to stay in shape.

The Foods4BetterHealth report also notes that in addition to eating healthy, working out was a big staple of Aniston’s celebrity diet. She’s a follower of Mandy Ingber’s “Yogalosophy” program, a combination of yoga and toning exercises. While she usually looks great even when she’s not on a celebrity diet, she wanted to look her best in We’re the Millers—but she didn’t even enjoy losing weight. “I was in the kind of shape I don’t enjoy being in because it feels a little too fit,” the star told USA Today. The Foods4BetterHealth report concludes that Aniston’s celebrity diet is not too difficult to follow, and it definitely paid off.
