Date:7/28/2008

A compliant:

-- Dentists simply log on to the PatientsCount.com secure Web site, and when it's time to make a referral, just click on Instant Referral and choose the type of specialty office the patient needs.

-- The dentist then completes the Electronic Referral Slip containing the patient's name and contact information and selects the appropriate boxes for patient care. Digital x-rays, intra-oral photos and perio charting can be attached to the Electronic Referral Slip as well.

-- Finally, the referral is sent securely to the chosen specialist and a print version can be shared with the patient.

Once referred by a dentist, the patient's information is available on the PatientsCount.com system in a secure, easy-to-read and easy-to-access format. Specialists receive referrals instantly through the secure PatientsCount.com Web site and have access to digital x-rays, notes and instructions for patient care. Following the procedure, specialists can then immediately communicate with the referring dentist by using PatientsCount.com to send secure progress reports.
