Flex Business Solutions Launches New Exercise App Designed to Revitalize Cardio Workouts

New Jersey (PRWEB) November 19, 2013

Flex Business Solutions has announced a new mobile fitness application that is available for download on both iOS and Android systems. CardioSurprise—which is developed by—is designed to complement the traditional cardio workout, while encouraging users to reach new heights in endurance, agility and commitment.

The idea behind CardioSurprise is to break through the monotony of conventional cardio workouts, such as running on a treadmill or using the elliptical machine. While these exercises are some of the most effective options for getting a cardiovascular workout, they can sometimes leave people focusing more on when the workout will end, rather than fully investing energy into their performance and the enjoyment of exercise.

The CardioSurprise application is designed to make traditional cardio workouts more fun and effective by shuffling in surprise circuit training activities at random or pre-selected intervals. Each 60-second strength or conditioning exercise—or circuit—offers a welcome breather as well as the opportunity to cross-train multiple target areas. The result is a complete facelift of the traditional cardio routine.

App creator Nancy Mancini shares with us, "The app has truly made my cardio workouts more enjoyable and helped me to stay motivated. I am no longer looking at the clock; I’m enjoying the cardio and looking forward to the next circuit."

The new circuit training application has universal appeal, as workouts can be tailored to all levels of fitness. With fully customizable features, the user can select circuits suited to their skill level and personal goals. CardioSurprise is convenient and easy to use, whether at home, in the gym or on the go. Perhaps the greatest benefit of this mobile app is that it encourages users to enjoy the moment and reach new personal bests in their cardio routines.

Generating an ounce of energy to jump on the treadmill or step out the front door is enough to get started; CardioSurprise does the rest, as the app prompts the user to upcoming circuits with visual and audio cues while the momentum builds upon itself. Refreshing. Energizing. Motivational. The way exercise should be.

CardioSurprise lives up to its name by providing plenty of surprises for users during their workouts; most surprising of all will be how much more can be achieved physically when the mental roadblocks of the same old predictable routine are removed.
