Flagship Global Health and China HealthCare Holdings Form Strategic Alliance

NEW YORK and SHANGHAI, China, March 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Flagship Global Health, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FGHH) and China HealthCare Holdings Limited (CHC), listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (#0673), announced that they have entered into a strategic alliance to jointly utilize their resources and expertise to provide healthcare services and products to China's leading insurance companies, including China Ping An and China Life, as well as major multi-national corporations operating in China.

The alliance will seek to leverage Flagship's existing network of more than 4,000 leading medical specialists worldwide and CHC's strong relationships with health providers and insurers in China to deliver second opinion services to Chinese patients.
