Flagship Global Health and China HealthCare Holdings Form Strategic Alliance
Date:3/18/2008

NEW YORK and SHANGHAI, China, March 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Flagship Global Health, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FGHH) and China HealthCare Holdings Limited (CHC), listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (#0673), announced that they have entered into a strategic alliance to jointly utilize their resources and expertise to provide healthcare services and products to China's leading insurance companies, including China Ping An and China Life, as well as major multi-national corporations operating in China.

The alliance will seek to leverage Flagship's existing network of more than 4,000 leading medical specialists worldwide and CHC's strong relationships with health providers and insurers in China to deliver second opinion services to Chinese patients.

"This alliance is an ideal coupling of Flagship's sector expertise with China Healthcare's market access," said Dr Li Zhong Yuan, chairman of CHC. "Our long-established partnership with healthcare authorities and providers in China, our existing contractual mandates with the leading insurance companies in China, as well as our network of accessing over 900 hospitals, presents a perfect combined platform to leverage the proven expertise and creativity of Flagship in creating innovative healthcare products and services."

Added John Flood, CEO of Flagship Global Health: "CHC is a trailblazing pioneer in healthcare revolution and advisory services and has already paved the way with the regulatory authorities and its in-place infrastructure with which to execute the strategic concepts specific to China, which our companies have discussed and vetted in reaching this reciprocal and exclusive relationship."

"This comes at a critical juncture as the Central Government has just recently reaffirmed that providing quality health care is a priority of its new Five-Year Plan. Concomitantly, the health care and maintenance sector of the insurance industry are just coming into their own in China, and being able to contribute meaningfully to its efficiency is a great opportunity for both Flagship and CHC," said JD Lee, executive director of CHC.

Rick Howard, Chairman of the Board of Flagship added that "Flagship's existing Physicians Network of 4,000 renowned doctors is a great attraction to the insurance industry in China as they wish to tap into this unique resource, proprietary to Flagship with respect to their service offerings. Conversely, we value the consumer distribution network of CHC's Shanghai Harvest subsidiary as an ideal vehicle to add-on healthcare products."
