Flagship Global Health Chairman Resigns

NEW YORK, Dec. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Flagship Global Health, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FGHH) announced today that Fred Nazem, one of its founders, resigned as a Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.

John Flood, Flagship's Chief Executive Officer, stated, "Flagship is the result of Fred Nazem's extraordinary vision and energy. His spirit and the unique character he infused into this business will always be a part of the DNA of the company. He will be missed and everyone at Flagship wishes him only the best."

The Board is expected to meet and name a new chairperson in the near future.
