Plus, see the GNC Ultimate Mountain Challenge!

PITTSBURGH, June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- GNC will host fitness and figure competitors Kirsten Nicewarner and Michelle Adams at the 2008 Teva Mountain Games Thursday through Sunday in Vail Valley, Colo. Both International Federation of Bodybuilding professionals, Kirsten and Michelle are among the world's top female physique competitors.

According to tevamountaingames.com, the Games are the country's largest celebration of mountain sport, soul and culture, featuring professional and amateur adventure athletes from around the world. Sports include freestyle and extreme kayaking, bouldering, speed and dyno climbing, mountain biking, road racing, trail running and -- of course -- the GNC Ultimate Mountain Challenge.

The GNC Ultimate Mountain Challenge is a multi-sport test of athletic skill, power and endurance. Events include a 10k trail run, mountain biking, road biking and kayaking -- and athletes will push for the ultimate recognition: to be named the Games' ultimate man, woman and team. The Games will culminate Sunday with the GNC Ultimate Mountain Challenge Coronation.

wellness tips.
