Fitness Trend Towards Online Personal Training Gets Real-World Weight Loss Results on FitOrbit.com

They will ask our industry to become more people-centric,” according to a recent Nielsen-researched White Paper published by Les Mills, Inc.

With today’s busy, fragmented schedules, and no time to carve out a gym visit, online personal training - by real personal trainers - is an increasingly popular option.

The trend towards “always on” connectivity has come full force to the fitness industry. The Les Mills White Paper states, “When consumers can raise their heart rate in their living rooms or offices with an engaging, energetic and sociable online experience, ‘fitness’ will less often be defined by traveling to the gym to pump iron.” According to fitness industry group IHRCA, one in four members quits a gym within the first year.

This is where online services like FitOrbit come into play: by bringing the human touch, daily motivation and monitoring from a real personal trainer together with the ease of access, affordability and extensive content of the internet.
