Fitness Franchise, Fit Body Boot Camp, Welcomes Certified Personal Trainer Turner Cavender as Owner of the New Fit Body Boot Camp in Dallas

Certified personal trainer and fitness expert, Turner Cavender, opened the doors of a new Fit Body Boot Camp in Dallas on May 1st, 2013. The fitness boot camp franchise says they are thrilled that Cavender is bringing Fit Body Boot Camp to the Dallas community because they believe he is passionate about helping Texas residents lose weight and get in shape.

Cavender explains, “Fit Body Boot Camp is going help me further dedicate my life to helping others and turn my passion into a vehicle to change lives in the Dallas community and beyond. I’m so thankful everyday that I discovered Fit Body Boot Camp as it is going to help me share my knowledge and fat loss secrets with hundreds of people here in Dallas and across the states.”

Spending much of his life as a professional motocross rider, Turner Cavender says he has always been a very athletic person and was constantly playing sports in addition to riding. It was not until he stopped racing full time that he realized staying active is a key element to keeping extra weight off.

He explains, “All my life I have been pretty athletic. I raced motocross up to the professional level and used triathlons as my crossover sport to stay in shape for motocross racing. Once I stopped racing full time and running triathlons, I started to put on weight and did not like it one bit.” Cavender adds, “So, I began resistance training and high intensity cardio and the combination of these two really helped me get me back in shape in a relatively short time.”
