Fitness Expert Frank Sepe Distinguished as ISSA Master of Fitness Science

CARPINTERIA, Calif., March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- A leader and innovator in the fitness industry for over 15 years, personal trainer Frank Sepe was awarded the honored title of Master of Fitness Sciences by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) on March 6th at the 2010 Arnold Classic.

Frank is a fitness media expert on both television and radio who has devoted himself to educating the public about the benefits of exercise and healthy nutrition. An ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer since 2000, he has trained clients since 1994, from CEOs and celebrities to everyday men and women, and he currently operates a private training and fitness consultation business in Manhattan and Syosset, NY. Frank is the Editor in Chief of MET-Rx Magazine ( and has also authored several fitness books, including the Truth series through Hay House and two books through multichannel retailer HSN.
