Fit Body Boot Camp Yorba Linda and Chick-fil-A Yorba Linda Announce Inaugural Family Fitness Day

Today’s hectic and demanding environment makes it difficult to live a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Families are especially challenged given the additional needs of the children in a family. Fit Body Boot Camp Yorba Linda has partnered with Chick-fil-A Yorba Linda to launch their inaugural Family Fitness Day to help bring awareness and educate local Yorba Linda families about the positive synergies and benefits of having a healthy diet and exercise.

Family Fitness Day will be held on Saturday, January 26th at Chick-fil-A Yorba Linda located at 22450 Old Canal Road, Yorba Linda, CA 92887. Festivities will start at approximately 8:30 am in Chick-fil-A’s parking lot. Yorba Linda families and community members are invited. There will be a grand prize drawing, raffles, coupons, snacks and beverages will be provided by Chick-fil-A Yorba Linda, and sample exercises and workouts conducted by Fit Body Boot Camp Yorba Linda’s Head Trainer.

We are excited about the opportunity that we have to promote Chick-fil-A and the many healthy eating options that we have but also to recognize that it is important to compliment healthy eating with an active lifestyle,” says David Salinas, Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Yorba Linda. “Fit Body Boot Camp and its owner Bryce Henson have come along side us to offer their expertise in creating a Family Fitness Day. This will be a day where people can come out with their families and have a fun, energetic and encouraging time working out. Families will also learn how to live healthy and active lifestyles even in our fast paced lives.”
