First New Episode of ‘Ask This Old House’ Features Tamarack Technologies HV 1600 Whole House Fan; Show Airs Nationally Starting First Week of October

When the producers of the popular ‘Ask This Old House’ PBS series were looking for a ventilation solution for their latest project in West Hollywood, CA, they turned to a trusted resource in Tamarack Technologies.

“Our HV 1600 whole house fan was the perfect fit for this pristine, Craftsman-style bungalow, and because of our successful past experience with the show they enlisted our help,” said NelsonWarner, Tamarack’s Vice President of Research and Development. Warner was on site for the installation but admitted, “Tom Silva and his crew are such pro’s, they finished the installation in no time without much help from me. They centered the HV 1600 above an archway, close to the kitchen in an area that could easily ventilate the entire home.”

“The HV 1600 can ventilate up to 2000 square feet so the family will have a lifetime of fresh, cooling air delivered for pennies a day,” Warner added.

The whole house fan segment is featured in episode #1401 of Ask This Old House which begins airing nationally on October 1.
