First Healthcare Compliance Promotes Desiree Diaz to Client Services Manager

First Healthcare Compliance announced that Desiree Diaz has been promoted to the role of Client Services Manager and will lead the growing team of client services professionals serving the United States. “I’m excited to assume this new role at First Healthcare Compliance and look forward to further developing new healthcare client relationships in the United States” states Diaz.

First Healthcare Compliance Founder and President Julie Sheppard said Diaz’s experience, product knowledge, and demeanor are a great combination for the position. “Desiree understands the challenges involved with healthcare compliance matters and is thoughtful in helping clients achieve their goals,” said Sheppard.

Ms. Diaz has served in various roles during the past four years with the company. As the Client Services Manager, she is responsible for leading client onboarding, support, training, and overall account management initiatives. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Minor in Sociology from the University of Delaware.
