First Choice Emergency Room Names Dr. Shiraz Pirali Medical Director of New Katy, Texas Facility

First Choice Emergency Room, the leading freestanding emergency room system in the United States, named Shiraz Pirali, MD as Facility Medical Director of its new Katy, Texas location. After attending medical school in Pakistan, Dr. Pirali completed his residency at the Highland Hospital in Rochester, New York. Dr. Pirali has served as a Trauma & Medical Director of the Angelton-Danbury Medical Center and the Medical Director of Angelton area EMS service in Angelton, Texas for 13 years. Dr. Pirali is double board-certified in Emergency Medicine (AAPS) and Internal Medicine (ABIM). He joined the First Choice ER team in 2011. Dr. Pirali currently resides in Sugarland, Texas with his wife, daughter and son.
