Group workouts are available following pledge week.

Both Freshman-UN 15 and GREEK FIT Include:

Thousands of young women across the United States have won the weight war thanks to their involvement with O2 MAX Fitness. According to Daniela Mikowski, a 17-year-old from Encino who will be attending UCLA in the Fall, "I'm so excited to participate in O2 MAX Fitness' new program.
