I’ve heard horror stories about the Freshman 15 since my older sister went away to school and gained a substantial amount of weight her first semester. I thought the weight gain was an inevitable rite of passage but with help from O2 MAX Fitness, I can be in the best shape of my life instead and won't have to battle the bulge alone.” Both Freshman-UN-15 and GREEK FIT will be launching at USC and UCLA this fall.
