Leading Youth Fitness Brand O2 MAX Fitness Reveals Upcoming Programs Aimed at Helping College Students Stay Fit

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) July 1, 2010 -- O2 MAX Fitness, a youth fitness brand focused on addressing the unmet fitness needs of kids and young adults through the use of social media and dynamic programs, will unveil a whole new line of initiatives aimed at helping the college female this year. Freshman-UN-15 - a fitness program developed by college students for college students. It's a comprehensive, customized and scalable workout plan that is just as easy to use in a dorm as it is at the local or campus gym. The program is designed with the college student in mind-short and intense workouts that will turn your metabolism into a more efficient machine to endure the college lifestyle! Too busy to even figure out how to schedule a workout in? An O2 MAX coach will be checking in with you regularly to help keep you on track and give you timely suggestions and tips. Students can communicate with O2 MAX coaches via text, Facebook or email.
