Fight Against Breast Cancer Receives Big Boost During Susan G. Komen Detroit Race for the Cure(R) With 344 Participants From Binson's, Northwood

e, hosting annual events to benefit the Institute and participating in the Race for the Cure every year with team members, volunteers and sponsorships. This year, Binson's and Northwood, Inc. were sponsors of the Survivor Cafe, which provided refreshments and a resting place for the survivors participating in the race.

In addition to its annual participation in the Komen Detroit Race for the Cure, Binson's annually hosts a Chili Cook-Off and Survivor's Luncheon and Fashion Show to benefit Karmanos Cancer Institute. Binson's also hosts other events or helps support the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Michigan Parkinson Foundation, Gilda's Club, Habitat for Humanity and other organizations.
