FMLA: Meeting the Challenge of Compliance and Cost

In her current role she is responsible for the design, development and sales of integrated employee benefits programs to help Fortune 1000 plan sponsors meet employee absence, health management and productivity goals. Product expertise includes disability management, FMLA, workers’ compensation management and health and productivity management.

Prior to Reliance Standard, Cheryl worked for two of the largest managed disability carriers in the US, focusing on product development as well as national account sales and service.
