FHS Corp and Concuity to Offer PriceAdvisor(TM) to lead the Transparency

and Consumerism Initiative

DENVER, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial Healthcare Systems, LLC (FHS Corp) announced today that they have signed a licensing and technology partnership agreement with Concuity, a leading provider of contract management and revenue recovery technology ("Peer Reviewed by HFMA") and services.

"The Concuity ClearContracts solution enables users to more efficiently manage institutional and professional claim reimbursement activities and maximize reimbursement for bundled claims as well as ambulatory payment/outpatient visits. We are pleased to be integrating FHS Corp's ClearQuote(TM) solution, with our contract management system," said Ed Gallo, EVP for Concuity. "We found that FHS Corp was one of the pioneers in delivering a credible patient estimation solution. By combining our back-end calculation engine and contract management capabilities with FHS' front-end technology, Concuity will be providing the best possible pricing transparency solution to its customers. PriceAdvisor(TM) will deliver true patient liability based on actual contractual terms the payer has with the provider, while integrating any eligibility and benefit information the provider has available. We feel this solution is better than other offerings that simply predict patient liability based on historical claim payment information."

"We have dedicated nearly four years to creating and testing our innovative ClearQuote estimation product in order to provide credible results," said Travis W. Gentry, president and co-founder of FHS Corp. "Having Concuity integrate our product with its contract management system is a testament to the strength of the solution we're building here at FHS Corp. We're on a mission to positively impact the healthcare industry through our price transparency solution."
