FGX International to Release Third Quarter Earnings

SMITHFIELD, R.I., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FGX International Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: FGXI) announced today that it expects to release third quarter fiscal 2008 financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, November 12, 2008. The Company will hold a conference call on Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 8:30 AM EST, hosted by Alec Taylor, Chief Executive Officer, Anthony DiPaola, Chief Financial Officer and Jack Flynn, President to discuss its latest financial results and its outlook for the balance of 2008 and a preliminary outlook for 2009.

The conference call will be available via live webcast on the Company's web site at http://www.fgxi.com under the tab "Investors." To participate by telephone, the domestic dial-in number is 888-680-0869 and the international dial-in number is 617-213-4854. The access code is 51663039. Investors are advised to dial into the call at least ten minutes prior to the call.

Participants may pre-register for the call at http://www.fgxi.com under the tab "Investors." Pre-registrants will be issued a pin number to use when dialing into the live call, which will provide quick access to the conference by bypassing the operator upon connection.
