SILVER SPRING, Md., Jan. 29 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- February is American Heart Month -- and a good time to make simple changes in your diet to reduce your risk for heart disease.


The food label found on most foods and health claims found on some foods can help you make healthy food choices.
