FDA Commissioner Margaret Hamburg to Deliver Keynote Address at DIA 46th Annual Meeting, June 13-17, 2010 in Washin...( Dr. Margaret...),Health

Dr. Margaret Hamburg, Commissioner of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), will deliver the opening keynote address to more than 8,000 professionals from the biopharmaceutical and related sectors at the Drug Information Association (DIA) 46th Annual Meeting.

Horsham, PA (Vocus) November 4, 2009 -- Dr. Margaret Hamburg, Commissioner of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), will deliver the opening keynote address to more than 8,000 professionals from the biopharmaceutical and related sectors at the Drug Information Association (DIA) 46th Annual Meeting.

The DIA 46th Annual Meeting will take place June 13-17, 2010 in Washington, DC. The DIA Annual Meeting is the premier event to attend each year by professionals from the biopharmaceutical and related sectors, as well as regulatory professionals from around the world. There is no other event of its kind that can rival the breadth and depth of experience that this meeting delivers. She previously served as the assistant secretary for planning and evaluation in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under President Clinton, and as the assistant director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases of the National Institute
