Evident Dental Laboratory Management Software Prepares US Dental Labs for New Medical Devices Tax Starting January 1st, 2013

It appears that labs in the United States that make sleep apnea and snoring devices, and labs in the United States that import crowns, bridges, mouth guards, and orthodontic devices will be responsible to collect the MDT and remit it to the IRS.

The National Association of Dental Labs (NADL) has played a pivotal role in interpreting the tax and providing feedback to the dental lab industry. Visit the NADL site for more information.

Evident software for Dental Lab Management is ready for labs that will collect the MDT.
