SANTA CRUZ, Calif., July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Everock, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EVRN) announced today that it has completed a reverse merger transaction with privately held Nature's Peak, Inc. whereby its business assets and operations have been integrated with Everock.

Nature's Peak has assumed control of the newly combined company and, in the near future, its name will be changed to reflect this. Paul Wilkinson, founder and CEO of Nature's Peak assumes the position of President and CEO of Everock, Inc.
