Estetique Launches New Line of IPL Aesthetic Equipment

Estetique, Inc., a leader in aesthetic equipment sales, has launched a new line of Intense Pulsed Light aesthetic machines. The new equipment will be distributed to medical spas, plastic surgeons and skin care centers and will be an exciting addition to Estetique's existing line of spa machines and equipment.

Miramar, FL (PRWEB) July 4, 2010 -- Estetique, a leader in medical spa and aesthetic equipment, has announced that they have become a distributor for pulsed light treatment systems. This product expansion allows Estetique to provide a comprehensive array of aesthetic equipment and can outfit most any spa or skin care center with the machines they need. The new products use Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) technology for a variety of purposes including targeted hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and acne treatments. With such a broad array of treatment options that can be enabled through a single machine, Estetique products will allow a med-spa to greatly increase treatment and service options.

IPL technology is not to be confused with laser technology. The biggest difference is that a laser is focused on a single, specific light frequency, while IPL technology uses a range of light frequencies. It is this frequency variance that makes the IPL equipment suitable for treating a variety of aesthetic needs. Tracy Segebre, President of Estetique, indicated that this was a major factor in the high demand for these devices. "With the IPL equipment, a spa owner can buy a single machine and offer their clients a wide variety of aesthetic treatment options," she said.

Adding a new treatment machine can also have a positive impact on the spa business itself. "For some of our clients, the treatments delivered through the IPL systems become the most important revenue source for their clinic," Segebre said. Indeed, high-value treatments delivered using an IPL machine can be quite lucrative. The reason these machines are so valuable is because the results are fast and noticeable. When you combine high demand treatments with a very effective treatment delivery system, it can produce a material improvement in business revenues and bottom line profitability.

Client satisfaction after various IPL-based treatments is universally high. Most clients and patients who undergo IPL procedures are doing so because of a very personal issue. By solving problems associated with rosacea, acne or unwanted facial hair, clients tend to be very emotionally invested in their treatments. Most often treatments involve from three to six sessions, depending on the problem being addressed, and the severity of the condition. Regardless, the process is very fast and easy compared to many conventional alternatives.

Estetique is a global distributor of med-spa machines and operates from offices in Miramar, Florida, USA. For information on their IPL devices, or about any other aesthetic equipment, visit
