Date:3/9/2009

LEXINGTON, Ky., March 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VirtualHealth Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VHGI) announced today that effective immediately it's subsidiary Envoii Healthcare, LLC has changed it's name to Secure eHealth, LLC to better reflect it's focus on eHealth Security products. According to Jim Renfro, VHGI President "This name change is an important part of our continuing effort to demonstrate our company's commitment on growing our opportunities in this evolving climate of Healthcare Reform. It has been abundantly clear that as systems integration becomes the focal point in building the connectivity required to enable change, everyone involved still needs to address the ongoing concerns regarding securing the data and maintaining the patient's privacy."

Secure eHealth, LLC, formerly known as Envoii Healthcare, LLC provides a suite of companion products that greatly enhance any existing platform's ability to provide users access to their most critical and confidential information, quickly and securely. Its flagship product, the System Tray Notifier(TM) introduced last year is designed to revolutionize the communication of sensitive healthcare information by providing single click access to important messages from within the user's system tray without interrupting workflow and securely displaying the images, documents or messages directly from its server. The System Tray Notifier(TM) was recently licensed by Private Access, Inc. (www.privateaccess.info) a California developer of web-based tools that allow patients and healthcare professionals to control both the privacy and accessibility of confidential personal health records. Secure eHealth is also scheduled to announce the introduction of its newest product that will potentially become the foundation for Health Information Exchange programs nationwide.
