EntreMed Receives Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award

ROCKVILLE, Md., Oct. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- EntreMed, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENMD), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing therapeutics for the treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases, today announced it has been named one of Maryland's fastest growing companies in Deloittes' Technology Fast 50 program. This represents the second consecutive year EntreMed has received this prestigious award. The program is presented by Deloitte and sponsored by WilmerHale, NASDAQ, and SmartCEO Magazine.

The Technology Fast 50 program is a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies throughout 16 regions in the United States and Canada.
