Eniva USA Efacor(R) Fish Oil (Non-Fishy Lemon Taste) Receives ConsumerLab.com Seal of Approval
Date:8/4/2008

MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Another Eniva nutraceutical moves to the forefront of those supplements known for their excellent quality and valid claims. Eniva's Efacor has recently received industry recognition for ensuring product quality standards from ConsumerLab.com. ConsumerLab.com (CL) has long been recognized as the "gold-testing standard" for safety and quality among nutritional products. CL's stringent testing of the Eniva Efacor product has resulted in CL's issuance of its "Approved Quality" seal, or stamp of quality approval, for the Omega-3 dietary supplement.

As an independent certification company, ConsumerLab.com -- usually known by their "CL" initials -- provides testing for a large number of dietary and healthcare manufacturers. Products are tested for specific ingredient claims and held to additional quality standards. In a competitive consumer environment, the CL approval seal is an added mark of assurance for individuals consuming a dietary or health product.

The CL "Approved Quality" seal will be appearing on all Efacor bottles. Responding to the approval, Eniva Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Benjamin Baechler said, "With so much emphasis on heart health today, consumers are looking for Omega-3 products. With Efacor, the consumer is not only getting the supplement they need, they are getting a product that is produced with the values of exceptional quality, safety and effectiveness. Plus, its high dose EPA and DHA are also excellent for the eyes, joints and brain." Added Eniva CEO Andrew Baechler, "We have always believed our Efacor product was outstanding in terms of innovation and impact ... now we can even more confidently share that reassuring news with others who are seeking a healthy way to get their daily needs met for omega-3s."

Research has shown that a diet rich in omega-3s, particularly EPA and DHA, can help support normal and healthy blood pressure, cardiac health, normal brain development and function,
