Energy-X Lip Balm Delivers Wake-Up Call to Consumers

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Burner Balm, a division of Pacific Shore Holdings, Inc., announced the launch of Energy-X, a new lip balm that delivers an effective and healthier alternative to energy drinks that contain added sugar or artificial sweeteners. With zero calories, Energy-X provides the energy boost consumers want without the added calories found in energy bars and drinks.

"Energy-X is applied directly on the lips and is therefore absorbed faster into the bloodstream and starts working immediately. A drink has to be swallowed, get into the stomach, and then absorbed, plus stomach acids and food at times may delay absorption," said Dr. Allan Kurtz, Board Certified Internal Medicine and developing doctor behind Burner Balm.

Energy-X doubles the strength of three signature ingredients found in the original Burner Balm formula: caffeine and green tea extract to boost energy and Hoodia extract to suppress appetite. This unique combination makes Energy-X lip balm unlike anything on the market.

"We developed a lip balm for consumers looking for that energy boost to increase their performance whether on the pro circuit, in the gym, or in the workplace," said Joey Valvo, Vice President of Pacific Shore Holdings. "At $6.99, Energy-X is cost-effective, lasting three to four weeks versus an energy drink which lasts half a day."
