Endocare and Galil Medical Sign Definitive Merger Agreement

In connection with the proposed merger with Galil Medical, Ltd. ("Galil"), Endocare, Inc. ("Endocare") intends to file a registration statement on Form S-4 (the "Registration Statement"), which will also include a proxy statement of Endocare, and other relevant documents concerning the transaction with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
