(PRWEB) April 29, 2009 -- Learn.com®, the leader in on-demand workforce development and productivity, announced today that Emergency Consultants, Inc. (ECI), a leader in emergency physician recruiting, staffing, and management, has switched to the LearnCenter platform to offer Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities to its affiliated provider partners.

Using the LearnCenter platform, ECI will deliver an internal and external curriculum for CME courses to clients across the country. ECI is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), which allows for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ courseware to be the delivered through the LearnCenter platform.

"Having had a previous learning management system we knew exactly what we did, and did not want in a LMS. What really drew us to Learn.com was the flexibility of the LearnCenter platform, the ability to customize the portal, the advanced reporting, and the ability to create sub-LearnCenter's which will allow us to create custom sub-portals for our learners at no additional cost," said Justin Visser, Education Coordinator at Emergency Consultants, Inc.
