Elsevier announces publishing the Journal of Hospitality, Leisure, Sport and Tourism Education

Oxford, July 18, 2012 Elsevier, a world-leading publisher of scientific, technical and medical information products and solutions, is pleased to announce acquiring the respected Journal of Hospitality, Leisure, Sport and Tourism Education (JOHLSTE).

The bi-annual publication of the Journal of Hospitality, Leisure, Sport and Tourism Education aims to promote, enhance and disseminate research, good practice and innovation in all aspects of education in hospitality, leisure, sport and tourism to its prime audience including teachers, researchers, employers, and policy makers. The journal aspires to encourage greater understanding, links and collaboration across its constituent fields. It publishes research papers, practice papers, perspectives, comments and rejoinders, research notes and reports and education resource reviews.

Editor-in-Chief of the journal, Professor John Tribe of University of Surrey said, "After publishing JOHLSTE for 10 years with the support of the UK Higher Education Academy, I am delighted to be part of our new venture with Elsevier.
