Ellevate Network, leading community for women at work, adds virtual roundtables to its online programming designed to support women combating the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic in the workplace. Roundtables, a safe space for peer-to-peer discussions guided by experienced Ellevate Network staff and coaches, take place weekly for both corporate executives and business owners.
Corporate Executive Roundtables, covering a range of topics including keeping teams motivated, future of work from home, and strategic growth in the post-pandemic world, take place on Thursdays at 1:00 PM EST and can be found here.
Entrepreneur and Business Owner Roundtables, covering a range of topics including small business loans, marketing and financial planning during the pandemic, take place on Thursdays at 4:00 PM EST and can be found here.
Hosting a select group of Ellevate members, the roundtables are set to continue throughout the time of crisis.
Roundtables come as an addition to Ellevate’s programming around combating the pandemic, including:
- The Action Guide: Ellevate Network’s one-stop destination for articles, webinars, videos, podcasts, and other resources covering Remote Work & Staying Connected, Work & Mental Health, and Work-Life Balance & Integration will be available free of charge for the duration of the novel coronavirus pandemic.
- Online Events: Ellevate Network is offering different forms of online events to help women connect with others facing similar challenges, continue developing professional skills, and engage in discussions with local communities.
- Ellevate Squads are small, diverse groups of women at similar points in their career. The twelve-week program allows participants to prioritize their future as they spend 30 minutes each week video conferencing with driven, intelligent and supportive women. Ellevate Network will also be offering Corporate Squads, 12-week program for employees who will collaborate, mentor, and support each other in career and leadership development.
