Element Blue Named As New Cloud Partner by Libelium to Build the Industrial IoT and Smart Cities

Element Blue, a leading IT consulting firm and solution provider of IBM software products, was recently named a Cloud partner by Libelium, a global designer and manufacturer of hardware and APIs for wireless sensor networks.

Element Blue's SensorInsight® Industrial IoT (IIoT) platform and end-to-end solutions include hardware, software and services to energy and utilities, healthcare, transportation, public sector, and manufacturing industries around the world, offering customers the ability to send retrieved data to any Cloud system for analysis or storage.

“We are pleased to be named a Libelium Cloud partner for our SensorInsight® software designed for use in the Industrial IoT and Smart Cities, providing world class service and software solutions for customers,” said Steven Gerhardt, CEO and managing partner at Element Blue. “The demand has increased with savvy customers looking to reduce time-to-market Industrial IoT (IIoT) applications, and this partnership addresses that need. Our customers are designing and deploying innovative based value-added solutions with our help everyday and so we’re delighted to have earned this new industry partnership to make it easy for them.”

“It gives me great pleasure to include Element Blue in our Sensor Platform Cloud Partner Ecosystem, said David Gascón, CTO at Libelium. “IoT project integration should be as flexible and easy as possible to nurture new development and incorporate legacy systems, and that is why we are giving customers access to such a wide selection of Cloud software solutions."

Element Blue’s suite of software provides operators the ability to:

  •     Integrate a diverse set of industrial sensors and systems with a flexible and scalable architecture
  •     View individual data sets, or cross tabulate multiple integrated data sets gathered from multiple sensor networks or systems.
  •     Monitor and control dashboards, allowing for a complete overview of all systems.
  •     Provide reports and analysis specific to industry and business needs, allowing users easy access to valuable information that can increase efficiency and save money.
  •     Process data in real-time as it comes into the system and send out alerts, allowing for quick response to potential issues before they get too far.

By getting data into the hands of decision makers quickly in a view that is easily understood and acted upon, SensorInsight® increases operational efficiency across organizations.
