Edifecs Launches First of a Series of Edifecs5010(TM) Migration Educational Webinars Addressing 5010 Migration Challenges, Opportunities and Solutions

BELLEVUE, Wash., April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Edifecs announced today a series of educational webinars on HIPAA 5010 implementation issues that providers, payers, clearinghouses and other healthcare stakeholders will encounter during the mandated migration to the new standards. The webinar - Overview: What is a HIPAA 5010 and ICD-10 and What Does it Mean to Me? series begins on Tuesday, April 14, 11:00 AM - 12:00 NOON (PST) and will be held again on Friday, May 15, 11:00AM - 12:00 NOON (PST) and Tuesday, June 16, 11:00AM - 12:00 NOON (PST). If registrations exceed limitations on space availability, Edifecs will schedule additional sessions.

This webinar covers vital issues for consideration during a HIPAA 5010 transaction and ICD-10 code migration implementation. The session will focus on the crucial issues regarding deployments of 5010 transactions, leveraging Edifecs5010(TM) Migration product features for internal development and testing, external partner testing and run-time compliance validation.
