Eastern Maine Medical Center Retains B. E. Smith to Recruit New SVP/CAO

Working in a dyad structure with the chief medical officer, the new SVP/CAO will evaluate current processes to make recommendations for performance improvement and implement physician practice infrastructure to enhance agile decision making. The SVP/CAO will focus on service delivery to boost patient satisfaction. Additionally, he/she will develop recruitment and retention strategies for staff and physicians to ensure future talent pipeline.
