Electronic Payment Exchange (EPX), an industry-leading provider of secure, end-to-end payment solutions for merchants across all distribution channels, and ClaimLogic, a leader in providing revenue cycle management products and services in the healthcare industry, announced a partnership today that enables ClaimLogic to provide PCI-compliant credit card processing services to their client base.

Wilmington, DE (Vocus) September 4, 2009 -- Electronic Payment Exchange (EPX), an industry-leading provider of secure, end-to-end payment solutions for merchants across all distribution channels, and ClaimLogic, a leader in providing revenue cycle management products and services in the healthcare industry, announced a partnership today that enables ClaimLogic to provide PCI-compliant credit card processing services to their client base.

ClaimLogic's suite of all-payer claims and payment products is installed in practices ranging from the largest academic medical centers and multi-physician groups, to the small- to mid-sized medical practices in the US. Their web native applications are focused on improving the operational efficiencies and streamlining electronic transactions for providers of healthcare services. Because of their vast client base, ClaimLogic chose to partner with EPX so they can offer fully integrated payment processing solutions that enable their customers to achieve PCI compliance, reduce risk, and enhance efficiency.

"Offering secure and cost-effective credit card processing to our customers is paramount," says Tom Davis, VP Sales and Marketing at ClaimLogic. "We are pleased that EPX is providing us with the guidance, technology, and flexibility to offer customized payment processing solutions to all of our medical service providers."

EPX Sales Director Jason Gwynn believes the EPX/ClaimLogic partnership demonstrates the medical industry's increased need for secure payment processing. "For years we have recognized the growing need for secure payment processing in the medical industry. Our partnership with ClaimLogic further strengthens our presence in the medical industry and proves the increased focus on solid and secure payment solutions," Gwynn says.

ClaimLogic clients will begin processing credit card transactions through EPX in fall 2009.
