EMSI and Cybersettle Partner to Provide Cybersettle Clients With Medical Record Retrieval Services

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Examination Management Services, Inc. (EMSI), the largest provider of document retrieval services in the nation, and Cybersettle, the world leader in accelerated dispute resolution, are partnering to provide Cybersettle users with integrated medical record retrieval services to support rapid online resolution of claim disputes.

Combining Cybersettle's Web-based dispute resolution system with EMSI's medical record retrieval services will allow parties to resolve claims faster and with fewer impediments than traditional methods, increasing productivity, saving time and reducing costs, all without leaving their offices.

Orders received by 2:00 p.m. (CST) are processed the same business day and documents are typically available for online viewing in less than two weeks. Users can also check the real-time status of the medical record order 24 hours a day.
