Dynowatt Offers Facebook Fans a Chance to See the Rangers and Astros Play for Texas Bragging Rights

Dynowatt’s Facebook Fans Eligible for Free Baseball Tickets and More

Dublin, Ohio (PRWEB) -- Dynowatt, an independent provider of electricity and green power, wants to take some of the company’s Facebook Fans out to the ball game. When you “become a fan” of Dynowatt (powered by Accent Energy) on the popular social networking site, you can access a lot of useful resources, including important service notices, energy conservation tips and the ability to interact with fellow customers and company representatives. If you become a fan during this promotion which ends on June 1st, 2010, you also become eligible to win tickets to the Saturday, June 19th inter-league ballgame between the Texas Rangers and the Houston Astros.

With this promotion, Dynowatt is hoping to bring in new fans and strengthen the company’s relationship with current customers. The promotion will also keep the company on the minds of others who have not yet chosen Dynowatt in the competitive residential Texas electricity market. The Grand Prize for one lucky fan is one set of four tickets to see the Rangers play the Astros at Houston’s Minute Maid Park, as well as a $200 Visa gift card, which will take care of the hot dogs, soda and souvenirs. In addition, Dynowatt will give away two sets of two tickets, each accompanied by a $100 Visa gift card.

But that’s not all. There’s a bonus giveaway: if Dynowatt’s number of additional Facebook Fans exceeds 4,000 by the end of the contest period, the company will select one more fan at random to receive a pair of tickets to the game, as well as a $100 Visa gift card. As more people sign up, more people will earn prizes. (See official rules below for more details. Giveaway restricted to Texas residents who are at least 18 years of age.)

As part of a commitment to educating consumers and addressing environmental concerns, the Dynowatt Facebook page is used for a number of outreach functions. The chance to win a prize isn’t the only reason to become a Dynowatt Fan on Facebook. For example, customers are notified of local meetings at which household energy consumption issues are explained and the company posts energy conservation tips that will help you stretch your energy dollar. Changes in customer service hours during the holidays are also posted

Additionally, being a fan offers you another way to contact company representatives with just a few keystrokes. If you’re not already a Dynowatt Texas energy customer, you will find the information you need to make the switch, including details about fixed-rate and green electricity options.

Texans are urged to sign into Facebook and become a Dynowatt Fan before time is up. Not only will they find out more about Dynowatt Texas electric choice, but they’ll also have the chance to see two Texas teams battle it out from the best place of all: the stands.

Texas businesses or residential consumers interested in becoming customers of Dynowatt and being part of the company’s outreach efforts (in addition to receiving their electricity with flexible billing and low prices) can get more information by visiting or by calling 1-877-DYNOWATT.
