Dynarex Corporation & Group Purchasing of American Team up with Critical Medical Products for Hurricane Sandy Disaster Relief

Dynarex Corporation, a leading manufacturer of a broad range of medical products located in Orangeburg, NY, has teamed up with one of their distributors, Group Purchasing of America in Flushing, NY to donate miscellaneous medical supplies such as pre-moistened Adult Washcloths, EZ Care Patient Bath Packs, Shaving Cream, Tooth Brushes, Toothpaste, Hair Brushes and Baby Power as disaster relief to aid thousands of people during the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy that hit the East Coast. The product donations will be distributed to thousands of victims that were devastated by Hurricane Sandy throughout the New York/New Jersey region.

The Staten Island Recovery Group and The First Presbyterian Church of Babylon will distribute some of these products where needed. Dynarex Corporation and Group Purchasing of American are both located in the New York metropolitan area. Dynarex and many of their northeastern distributors were affected by this horrific storm. Additionally, Dynarex donated disposable Exam Gloves and masks to help aid “Our Coast”, a non-profit organization located in Belmar, NJ. The New Jersey Shore was significantly destroyed in the midst of Hurricane Sandy demolishing homes, businesses and the famous Seaside Park Boardwalk. Tracy Jacek, an employee of Dynarex Corporation; recently donated her time with the clean-up at the “Our Coast Event” on Saturday, November 24th at the barrier Islands of New Jersey.
