The judging panel will include Parenting magazine editor-in-chief Janet Chan, representatives from Duracell, as well as representatives from local and national children's hospitals. Duracell will choose five ambassadors in all - two winners will be selected through in-person casting calls in Dallas and Chicago; and three winners will be selected through a national online casting call from Oct. 19 through Nov. 10, 2007. Winners will be selected by Nov. 26, 2007.
Rules and Regulations
The Duracell Power A Smile Contest (the "Promotion" or "Contest") is offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia. The contest is only for children between the ages of six to 15 (as of date of participation) with the consent of a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18. Employees, officers and directors of The Procter & Gamble Company ("Procter & Gamble" or "Sponsor"), their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, Web masters and Web suppliers and persons engaged in the development of Promotion materials, and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or same household members (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible.
