Drunk Man Arrested Without Starting His Car

In an article by WOWT Channel 6, Omaha, NE, it was reported in Man Arrested For Drunk Driving Without Starting Car, that a man, Matt Sullivan, was arrested for drunk driving but he didn't even start his car. A bartender, Sue Campbell told him to hand over his keys before he went to his car parked in the bar parking lot.

"I didn't drive home, just fell asleep," Sullivan says. "I couldn't drive because the bartender had my car keys."

The police was fooled because older model cars use separate keys for unlock the door and starting car. Sullivan says the key that was on his passenger seat would only unlock the car. He says that proves he wasn't drunk driving.
