PITTSBURGH, May 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The AirBoss self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), designed by Draeger Safety, subsidiary of Draegerwerk AG & Co. KGaA, meets the new tough NFPA 1982, 2007 standards for the harsh environments that face fire fighters everyday.
The Draeger AirBoss Series self-contained breathing apparatus provides a high level of protection in harsh environments. The optional PASS is located on the hip providing a loud 95dB warning when required. The Panorama Nova face mask offers superior fit with 3 sealing edges and 2 sealing surfaces. It is available in 3 sizes. The AirBoss Series comes standard with the CBRN second stage regulator. The optional BACom is a voice amplifier and radio interface communication system.
