Pontiac, MI (PRWEB) March 01, 2013

Dr. Jonathan Zaidan has done it again. Boldly going where other private practices fail to go without the help of hospital subsidization, Dr. Zaidan has opened an advance treatment center for women suffering from the chronic, ill-effects of endometriosis. Women’s Excellence in Endometriosis has brought high-quality, advanced, and efficient healthcare to the surrounding communities of Oakland County, Michigan.

Endometriosis is a chronic, often times debilitating chronic condition affecting women during their child-bearing years. Endometriosis is typically characterized by acute or chronic pelvic pain (CPP), painful menstrual periods (dysmenorrhea), painful sexual intercourse (dyspareunia), and infertility. The disease is treatable and requires a combination of surgery and medical therapies. According to Dr. Zaidan, "A patient with endometriosis is a special patient that requires specialized care. These patients require frequent visits and typically longer visits. We found that it was best to have a dedicated center to achieve the kind of care we wanted to give". As a result, Women’s Excellence in Endometriosis has been highly successful in treating even the most complicated cases of endometriosis.

Dr. Zaidan is trained and practiced in the Da Vinci robot. The Da Vinci robotic procedure to resect endometriosis is the most advanced form of treatment available today. Women’s Excellence in Endometriosis now offers the Da Vinci robotic procedure to resect endometriosis as part of their comprehensive, multi-modal therapy to effectively treat the disease. Along with initial diagnostic laparoscopy and medical therapy with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists such as Zoladex and Lupron, the Da Vinci robotic procedure provides the best overall treatment and lasting results for the patient.
