Dr. Roberto Moreno of Gentle Family Dentists in West Liberty, IA Introduces Invisalign for Fast, Attractive Orthodontia
Date:9/30/2013

West Liberty, IA (PRWEB) September 30, 2013

West Liberty, IA Cosmetic Dentist, Dr. Roberto Moreno, recently introduced Invisalign technology at Gentle Family Dentists to provide patients with a faster, more comfortable, and more attractive experience with orthodontia. Instead of traditional metal wires and brackets, Invisalign uses a series of clear plastic aligners to gradually shift teeth into alignment.

“We’re excited to provide our patients with Invisalign because it helps them feel more confident about their appearance while they’re working to get their dream smile,” said Dr. Roberto Moreno, Invisalign dentist in West Liberty, IA. “This new procedure is really diminishing the negative stigma that braces have, and is helping patients of all ages—from teens to adults—to realize that they don’t have to compromise their image to get a better smile.”

Patients with mild to moderate gapping and misalignment are generally good candidates for Invisalign. Dr. Moreno first uses 3D imaging technology to create a series of plastic aligners that patients replace gradually approximately every two weeks. Patients return to the dentist office approximately every six weeks for check-ups. During their treatment, the Invisalign aligners should be worn 20-22 hours per day, but are removed for eating, brushing, and flossing. They are a great alternative for patients who have important business meetings, reunions, or family photos that they want to look their best in while receiving orthodontic treatment.

In addition to the general aesthetics of orthodontic treatment being improved with Invisalign, in most cases they also provide a shorter treatment time as well. The average Invisalign patient wears the clear aligners for about nine months. For patients with only mild crowding and spacing, Invisalign Express can create
