Dr. Robbins Updates HCG EZ Drops Diet Protocols
Date:2/10/2013

Salt Lake City, Utah (PRWEB) February 10, 2013

Dr. Keith Robbins, HCG Specialist for HCG EZ Drops, has recently updated their 800 & 1200 calorie protocols. The HCG Diet is one of the most aggressive weight loss supplements on the market. The diet used to require limiting ones daily caloric intake to only 500 calories, but Dr. Robbins noted many dieters complaining of feeling hungry or fatigued while on this protocol. So, he created the 800 and 1200 calorie protocols which have just as incredible results as the 500 calorie diet.

Recently, he also noted that may of the dieters weren't getting enough protein even on the 800 and 1200 calorie protocols, so he updated the diets to accommodate healthier amounts of protein.

"Within the diet, there was not enough protein being taken in," says Dr. Robbins. "Our bodies need protein for our metabolism and that’s what helps us maintain a proper or ideal weight. Metabolism and the muscular mass are closely related. In order to keep muscle mass built, we need to have that protein. This is one of the major reasons for updating the protocols."

800-1200 calories may not seem like very much, but HCG converts excess fat into usable energy. Converting over 2,000 calories every day, HCG dieters feel as if they have more energy than usual and rarely experience hunger or fatigue.

You can learn more about HCG and it's benefits here.
