NYC based physician Dr. Michael Aziz announces the release of his new nutritional book, "The Perfect 10 Diet: 10 Key Hormones that Hold the Secret to Losing Weight and Feeling Great--Fast!" The book delivers a powerful message that low-fat, low-carb and popular diets disturb hormones, and promises a dramatic jump-start to stalled weight loss efforts by balancing hormones.

New York, NY (PRWEB) December 1, 2009 -- New York City based physician, Dr. Michael Aziz announces the release of his new diet book, "The Perfect 10 Diet." The Diet is based on the University of South of Florida, College of Medicine new master's program and contradicts conventional wisdom in what may prove to be the best diet book for natural born food skeptics.

In "The Perfect 10 Diet," Dr. Aziz promises a 10 to 14-pounds weight loss in the first three weeks alone by balancing hormones with the right types of food choices.
