Dr. Jonathan Oudin to Join Alaska Center for Dentistry at Wasilla Location

The Alaska Center for Dentistry at Wasilla has announced the hiring of new dentist Dr. Jonathan Oudin, DDS, who will begin working July 21.

Dr. Oudin had previously practiced in Barrow, Alaska, for three years. According to Teresa Wallace, Office Manager, the Alaska Center for Dentistry hired Dr. Oudin to help take on new patients.

"This will allow the Alaska Center for Dentistry to continue growing and serving the greater Anchorage metro community," Wallace said. "Dr. Oudin's experience and qualifications make him a great choice to help meet demand for our high-quality dental care."

Wallace also said the staff at the Alaska Center for Dentistry's Wasilla location is excited for Dr. Oudin's first day on the job.

"All the staff here is excited," she said. "Everyone at this office cares about the dental health of the community, and having another dentist helps us fulfill our goal of providing the best possible care for our patients."

With Dr. Oudin's hiring, the Wasilla location of the Alaska Center for Dentistry will have seven highly-qualified dentists to provide a comprehensive variety of services like general and family dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, root canals, emergency dental care and much more to patients of all ages in the area.

Wallace said offering these services is especially important when dental health plays such an integral role in the overall well-being of patients.

"When 92% of all adults have had a dental cavity, and 23% of them have untreated tooth decay, that's a sign of concern," Wallace said. "It means that America's dentists can be doing better in terms of both the care they provide and how muc
