Dr. John Mach Appointed Chief Medical Officer at XLHealth

Prior to joining United HealthCare, Dr. Mach spent 10 years at the Minneapolis Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center (GRECC) serving first as medical director and later as acting director. Prior to joining the VA, Dr. Mach was in private practice as a primary care internist in the Twin Cities.

Dr. Mach is a frequent speaker on the needs of the chronically ill in Medicare and a recognized leader in the appropriate medical management of special needs Medicare beneficiaries.
