Windermere, FL (PRWEB) December 17, 2012

Jason Littleton, MD, is delighted to announce that he has been selected as a guest to appear on a special episode of the Dr Oz show to discuss the health benefits of a magnesium-rich diet. Littleton's appearance is part of a tribute to the positive impact Dr Oz has on the medical practices of doctors.

He credits the doctor for keeping him informed and current, and for affording him continuous learning opportunities that ultimately benefit all his patients.

A long-time fan, Dr Littleton has closely followed Dr Oz's telecasts, social media and literature. He says the famous doctor has played the role of medical educator to his practice.

"As a result of information I learned from the show, I started instructing patients how to implement things like magnesium-rich foods, eggs and cantaloupe, and cordyceps mushrooms in their diet for more energy. He helps me be a better doctor. I continually learn from him, staying informed and up-to-date, with the latest innovations to help my patients through my practice and my company, WellSpring Human Energetics," says Littleton.

Using unconventional, innovative and safe ways to fight fatigue and improve wellness, Dr Littleton helps his patients combat low energy levels. He founded Wellspring Human Energetics to support those who want to live with more natural en
